Once a $200.00 Deposit is given (please make checks payable to Jim Robinson) to reserve your wedding day all deposit's become non-refundable,. Only will a deposit be refunded if we can book a similar job for the same date. No cash refunds.:

Aim High will only take directions from the person on the day of the event who pays the original deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS i.e. (parents, wedding coordinators, family members or guests). * We will follow (our contract) and the bride & grooms agenda sheet only! Due to certain situations i.e. A guest who is drunk, having a bad day, parents who get out of hand. If at anytime our staff feels threatened during any event we will give the person hired one warning. After the first warning we will exit your job and no compensation will be returned.

Aim High will try to provide you with your first choice of videographer or DJ, however schedule changes or illness cannot be anticipated. Should your first choice not be available for your special day, please be assured that we will provide you with a fully-qualified alternate of our staff *No notice is necessary to client.

(DJ SERVICES)

Please verify your final consultation and provide your music list at least 3-4 weeks in advance of your event date. We will not be held liable for mispronounced names, specified songs, order of events. If we have not received your music list by the designated time, Aim High will choose your music for you, off our play list. We reserve the right to decline requests that are offensive to our staff. We also has the right to play any type of music to liven up a party.All overtime must be paid in advace of added time.

(VIDEO SERVICES)

Aim High will make every attempt to capture all events during production. But will not be held liable for sound quality, lighting conditions, battery changes, camera angles or defective tape from the manufacturer. These all play a part in capturing a wedding, plus Church or Reception sights rules and regulations or unforeseen circumstances may affect videotaping. Our goal is to capture the event and unless stated in a shot sheet by the client we will use our best judgment to capture the event. Aim High only shoots some of the picture taking after the ceremony allowing the photographer to capture the moment. *some photographers will not allow video’s to be used at this time (please clear this with your photographer). RAW FOOTAGE - Is the property of Aim high productions for any use.

Please sign and return contract with deposit * Upon signing this contract you the client have read and agree to the stated material above thus making this contract binding. We will not perform any work until balance is paid in full and this contract is signed. * In the event of an act of God example - Car failure, accident, weather, illness. We will be glad to refund the original deposit in cash and no other actions will be taken against Aim High Productions or it’s staff.
