Clare is filmmaker currently based in New York. She participated as a 2017-2018 fellow in The IFP Marcie Bloom Fellowship in Film and the Bloom/Spiegel Partnership. Her short films have screened at several festivals including Aspen Shortsfest, Cleveland International Film Festival, Napa Valley Film Festival, and Tribeca Film Festival. Her short film Humpty was selected to air on PBS as part of KQED's Film School Shorts program. After graduating with a B.A. in philosophy and certificate in film from Duke University, she spent several years working in the film industry in Los Angeles before moving to New York for graduate school at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, where she received her MFA in directing and writing in 2017. She is now developing several projects including two feature film comedies and a half-hour science fiction comedy pilot. 

Over the years, Clare has gained experience in development, production, and post-production of narrative short and feature films, scripted television, documentaries, commercials, and music videos.
